Dr. Connie Hebert is dedicated to catching falling readers by motivating, teaching, and inspiring educators around the world. She has presented literacy seminars, district trainings, and keynote addresses in 47 states and at national, state, European IRA, NAESP, and RRCNA Reading conferences. She is nationally acclaimed teacher of teachers, reading specialist, and motivational speaker.
In addition to private teaching and consulting, she is currently a reading program instructor for Nova Southeastern University’s Fischler Graduate School of Education/Reading. Connie’s higher education experiences include a position as a national faculty instructor for Lesley University (Cambridge, MA) and an adjunct instructor for 3 Massachusetts colleges.
Dr. Hebert’s experience in the field also includes director of reading (K-12), elementary classroom teacher in 7 school districts, & Reading Recovery in 3 districts. She is an honorary member of the International Reading Association, and member of MACURE (IRA).
