Jane Hardin is an elementary and special education teacher who now shares her
30+ years intervention experience through teacher training.

After beginning her career as an
elementary teacher, Jane found her real passion teaching students with special needs. Her first instructional accolade
came while working in a middle school resource classroom. Her teaching team was selected as an exemplary model by the National Council for Exceptional Children.

Jane’s experience extends to instruction of children with more significant special needs as well, including autism spectrum disorder and intellectual impairment. Since 1993, Jane has supervised student teachers and worked in classrooms for students with significant emotional and behavioral disorders.

As a consultant, Jane shares her experience with school systems throughout the country. She has presented at the National Council for Exceptional Children’s Conference three times and lectured at the Harvard Education seminar.
