Millicent Borishade, Ed.D. has had 12 years of educational experience which includes classroom teacher, Learning Coordinator and administrator. She has an intense passion for ensuring a better future for students. During Dr. Borishade's tenure as Educational Leader, significant academic gains were demonstrated on the State's Achievement Test where scores reached an all time high in the history of the schools she has led.
Dr. Borishade believes customized training is critical and should serve as a practical resource for educators in changing the trajectory of a student's life.
Dr. Borishade is innovative in her approach and is responsible for changing the culture of several schools through Data Driven Instruction, implementation of Assertive Discipline, Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS), Response to Intervention and Professional Learning Communities. Additionally, Dr. Borishade has successfully restructured curriculums to emphasize Math, Science and Language Arts.
